I have pectus excavatum which means that my ribs are concave shape so when I breathe fast more of my abdominal muscles help me breathe which puts pressure on my bladder so if I was hit by a car riding my bike with a full bladder sense I would be putting pressure on my bladder and couldn't think about keeping it closed because I would be in too much pain would I be more likely to lay and pee my pants?
